I arrived at my appointment riddled with anxiety and very stressed this morning. I am BRCA-2 + and my sister has been battling metastatic BC for the past 6 years (she is 52 years old). Lauren was attentive to my needs and to my state of being. She had an exceptional bedside manner and was thorough with her questions and the preparation for my procedure. As the minutes passed, I became more comfortable and at ease because of her energy, compassion, and attention. She was the angel I prayed to God for.
