Having a baby during such a strange time with COVID restrictions can be nerve-racking. Lauren was my nurse during the majority of my labor. She was an amazing patient advocate, encourager, and ensured I had a positive birthing experience. Lauren worked with me and made me feel as comfortable as possible throughout my labor. She was a calming spirit and such a joy to be around! She is very deserving of the DAISY award for the great nursing care and kindness she provided during such an emotional time.
