...My father was a patient here for 53 days. During his stay, Lauren was exceptional, giving and even stayed longer than her shift to make sure all was well. Lauren was a calming factor in all our waves of emotion and acted as a liaison between the physician and family to help us understand everything. The most exceptional act of kindness and going above and beyond was visiting my father when he was transferred to another unit. She asked us to call her if we needed anything. I cannot tell you what this meant to my family. Lauren is one of the kindest and most extraordinary nurses/person I have ever met.
