Lauren Broderick, RN

Lauren brought karaoke to our patients in the Behavioral Health Unit, and it made a big difference. She also made a beautiful, colorful binder with all the lyrics for the songs. Our patients really enjoy the karaoke group and demand it if it is missing a day. Our patients sing and dance, and we celebrate birthdays with karaoke. It is such a pleasure to watch. Big thank you to Lauren; we really appreciate it. Effective group relations can make a big difference. Lauren is a shining example of a DAISY Nurse with her compassion, kindness, teamwork, and empathy.
