Lauren Bruce is a veteran of our organization. Anyone can see her dedication, to MRMC and its community. Lauren is a standout mentor for newer nurses. She has a steady presence, knowing the right amount of support and freedom to lead the mentees. When not with the mentee, she has top-notch communication with the team. She is willing to assist in any way when asked. Working with Lauren is a pleasure, and she is easy to get along with, and she is smart and dependable. Lauren knows when to ask questions and when to escalate issues. She is reliable and provides excellent care. She has excellent medical knowledge and her acumen is even better. Lauren brings excellent resources and ideas to the department providers. Most importantly, the care and compassion the nurse gives to the patients and families are next to none. If you have a loved one who is ill in the department, you will want this nurse at the bedside. Lauren is professional, optimistic, down-to-earth, and a friend to all. Lauren is the whole package.
