Lauren went above and beyond for one of her patients. She had a patient who really wanted to take a shower. Due to their diagnosis, it was very difficult for this patient to shower so they had not had a shower in a long time. Lauren made sure the patient was able to shower. This made the patient’s whole day! She took time from her busy assignment to go the extra mile for this patient.
