Lauren is very loving, caring, patient and kind! She spends time talking and making me feel very comfortable! Lauren is like a real friend to me and my husband, we know we can talk to her and she will listen and try to help. She goes above and beyond what a nurse is. She's a hero to me. A true blessing in my life and has made a big difference!

Lauren Carroll exemplifies all the characteristics of this award. I am not from the area and have recently moved here. I have to have infusions regularly. When I first came to the area I called around to get help and no one would help me. I called your hospital and spoke with Lauren, she bent over backwards to help me. She made me an appointment for my treatments. I have never had this type of personal attention before from any nurse or hospital. Lauren went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of. She is loving and compassionate. I owe her so much. You are very lucky to have such an amazing nurse working at your hospital.
