I arrived from Oregon to visit my wonderful son, daughter-in-law and beautiful granddaughter. I have been fighting pneumonia for several months. I had sharp pains during the flight to NC. After resting awhile, I called my Kaiser Clinic in Oregon and they advised to be seen at the nearest ER. This was the best ER experience I truly have ever had. The staff was caring, my RN, Lauren Crissman, absolutely amazing gal! and the Doctor who advised I be admitted was true to heart in explaining why and what for, in a gentle and empathetic manner. A score of 110 percent! You folks rock!
