As new parents, we felt overwhelmed bringing our baby from Delivery to Post Labor. We had so many questions. We’d been up all night with a crying baby and had no idea how to settle him. Enter Lauren. From the first minute Lauren walked in, it was clear she’d do everything she could to help us. She has so much patience and took something stressful for us and turned it into a learning experience. Her knowledge as a nurse and mom was so wonderful. Specifically, she gave us the confidence we needed while breastfeeding for the first time. Quite simply, she is a great nurse.
