Exuding consistent excellence in patient care by honoring the nursing principles in every form is the best sentence to describe what Lauren does. It’s with compassion, communication, integrity, and a fabulous personality that she reminded and humbled me as to why I originally got into the healthcare field over 25 years ago, and I’m back in college now. The empathy, compassion, critical thinking, and thoughtful planning of my care plan, in addition to the laughs and smiles we shared, made me rethink my nursing career, remembering to stay loving, patient, and kind.

Lauren showed me that the healthcare field truly does have earth angels put here to guide, heal, and remind us of our own abilities.
