Lauren is a compassionate caregiver who remains calm and kind in all interactions with her patients. She has stepped up as interim Clinical Coordinator from October 2023 through February 2024 while maintaining the highest priority to provide the best care for our patients at Mt Auburn in Cincinnati, OH. She can de-escalate situations with professionalism, and the patients know that she will advocate for their best interests. Today, Lauren spoke with a concerned family member regarding a new AKI patient's treatment and reassured them that the patient is receiving her full treatment as prescribed by the MD. The family member was grateful that she took the time to speak with him during a busy turn between shifts. We are lucky to have her taking care of all our patients.

Lauren is the hardest-working nurse I’ve ever worked with. She goes above and beyond to make sure the patients and staff are taken care of. She always listens to the needs of all of us. She can be in three different places at the same time. No matter the situation, she is always calm, cool, and collected.
