When Lauren learned that a patient's grandson wished to get married on her floor so the patient could witness, she organized other team members and created an area where the couple could get married. She purchased decorations from the gift shop and even had her mother drop off a few items. Lauren made it as special as she possibly could and the family was incredibly grateful.
