Lauren is so caring that it's like talking to a best friend instead of a nurse. I've been in and out of this unit for 3 months and anything I needed she was right there for me. She is the kindest, caring, most gentle-spoken charge nurse I've ever seen, and I've seen a lot of them. She gave me a lot of things to take to the nursing home because I only had one change of clothes. She was a big part of getting me in this nursing home and coordinating everything. She is very intelligent, kind, caring, giving, and a true DAISY Nurse. I have nothing but love for Lauren.
