I met Ms. Lauren when I was a patient in the hospital and just found out that my 15-year-old granddaughter was pregnant. I was very upset; my blood pressure went up and I was crying. Ms. Lauren stayed with me and held me for over an hour, plus she talked with me about personal things. She really helped me understand. She went above her duties as a nurse as if I had known her all my life. Ms. Lauren is a beautiful person. I will carry what she said to me in my heart forever. I didn't even know she wasn't a nurse that long. I could go on and on. Ms. Lauren deserves the best of best; thank you.
