Lauren Hill-Griffin’s good spirit is excellent at easing the stress of waiting to be discharged.

It was my last day there, and she made sure I was pain-free, happy, and relaxed before my procedure. She made me feel at home, and any patient is lucky to have her as a nurse.

She made my stay comfortable and helped me relax, so my recovery was very easy.

She displayed a totally beautiful attitude and support. Anything I needed, she was openly ready and didn't forget anything. She was super compassionate, paying attention to my cues for when I was cold, in pain, or ready to go, making me more comfortable. When my remote came unplugged, she made sure to reconnect it even after I forgot.

I love Lauren so much. She made me so comfortable during an uncomfortable time, making sure I was warm and had popsicles and Gatorade once I was out of the procedure. She also made sure my doctor came to give me all the info before my discharge so I was fully taken care of.

Lauren epitomizes what a caring nurse should be. She always has a pleasant disposition and is very responsive to my needs. She is proactive in finding solutions to improve my circumstances. She goes above and beyond every single day. Lauren treated me like family. I'll truly never forget how well she treated me. She decorated my room for my birthday. The last place you want to be on your birthday is the hospital, but Lauren helped me forget that. She always went above and beyond.
