Within the first few hours of my mom's stroke, Lauren took care of her in the ICU. Knowing that we were very anxious, she patiently explained that the recovery would be slow and outlined the next steps for the next 24 hours. She explained it in a way we completely understood. Lauren continued to check on my mom every single hour and always followed up with me to give me updates. She was also very happy to work with my mom the following night.
