I came in through emergency with AFB/a flutter. My wife was stressed; Lauren Jansen went above and beyond to show compassion, humor, and knowledge to guide my wife and me through a very stressful situation. She ensured good communication between us and all caregivers. We were treated as real people and were cared for compassionately, as she would if we were family. She made us feel cared for. We felt like we mattered and did not get lost in the system. Lauren even personally walked us out the door. That's caring, compassionate service that goes above and beyond! What a gem!
