Lauren was one of the people who made the passing of my wife something I could bear. She always treated her and the family and friends with care and compassion. Two days before she died, Lauren saw a beautiful sunset from the hall of the hospital, which could not be seen from the room. She took a picture and shared it with us. It was a fitting gift. She became a friend in the ugliest of times. We owe her so much.
