Lauren goes above and beyond with knowing her Spanish; if she doesn't know it, she will look it up or call in help from other people on the floor. When she is charting, she is looking at her self-made list repeating the words to herself. She does not let any situation with a patient be dismissed because of the language barrier. She is always teaching others words like water, turn, and pain. It means a lot to me to have her as a nurse on my floor.
