Words can’t express how grateful my family and I are and especially my son, to her getting a phone call that your son is injured in another state miles away hours away and you thinking the worst.
My son was in a horrible car accident while visiting Chicago and was taken to the emergency room without his phone. He had no friends, no family, not even a phone to call home. He couldn’t remember anyone’s number. He was scared and alone. Lauren stayed with him. She reassured him that he would be ok. I was so scared when she called but she stayed on the phone with me and kept me informed until I was able to get to the hospital where he was at. Words can’t express how grateful my family and I are and especially my son, to her getting a phone call that your son is injured in another state miles away hours away and you thinking the worst. Everybody on the staff from the lady at the front desk when we arrived after visiting hours to ICU to the nurse he had at discharge was wonderful. I am so thankful they were nice and professional and provided me a safe space to wait to see him. It was an amazing experience for such a horrible ordeal I was going through. Thank you for feeding us, helping with hotel arrangements and an Uber, and getting information about the wreck. Everything the staff here filled in a lot of the unknown for us. I want to thank every doctor every nurse every admin I came in contact with just thank you thank you thank you seriously.
