Not long ago, I had a hysterectomy. I was really scared both before and after. Lauren Kelley was the absolute sweetest to me. She really listened to me and heard me out after I recovered. She calmed me down and was very attentive. She didn't just try to rush me out of the recovery room, which was a Godsend because I was in severe pain when I was coming to.

She took her time with me, and I was very impressed with her; and it takes a lot to impress me. I told my Dad that she needed a tip, but then I got to thinking that's not what they call them at the hospital. I then remembered seeing the DAISY Award in different places that I have been.
