Lauren is an angel; a pleasant and happy person who knows her job. She explained my discharging so well. She is an example of how every nurse should be when dealing with patients. She explained everything so I could understand. She came right away when I pressed the button. I was happy with her because I was so depressed with my medical problems and I needed her to raise my spirits when I was down. She's a great worker.
