Lauren was very patient with me while I was in the ED. She checked on me and other patients constantly and was always ready to help. I was in the ED for a long time, but she really made sure I was comfortable and taken care of. While the ED was chaotic, she continued to keep a cool and professional demeanor and never let the mayhem sway her mood. She was great!
