Lauren was with us throughout the delivery of our son. She not only took care of us, encouraged us, and did her job with excellence, but went above and beyond by keeping her humor, hustling, and taking extra steps when other help hadn't arrived.

She kept talking us through the process even when our son needed neonatal help after delivery. She was our go-to; even when other staff were around, Lauren would check in with us and talk to us as friends or family would, not just as the highly qualified professional she is. We knew that when Lauren said our son was okay, he was.

We felt loved, protected, and safe with her help. Lauren Kreda deserves so much credit for the hours and hours of hard work she put in to keep everything running smoothly, and the extra tips and calm demeanor that helped us feel ready when the time came to meet our son.
