Lauren is absolutely the best of the best!  My father-in-law was one of her patients, and he was extremely calm with Lauren.  He is in his mid-nineties and very set in his ways.  Lauren made his stay so comfortable, and she was so great at explaining everything to him as well as his family.  She took the time to truly care for him; she was extremely gentle every time he needed something.

 Lauren was confident in easing my emotional mother-in-law; she respected all concerns of an elderly patient.  My in-laws are both hard of hearing to an extent, and Lauren made sure they heard her and were able to understand her.  She listened to all our needs, and she knew the answers to all our questions.

I'm not sure if my father-in-law would have been as comfortable with someone else.  Lauren made me feel so at ease, even laughing and joking with him! She was such a joy, bringing us comfort and light during a stressful time. Lauren truly cared for our family. She is so deserving of this wonderful award!
