Lauren goes above and beyond for our Front Range CV Teams! Lauren joined the CDT within the last two years, and since then, she has done a phenomenal job of partnering with CDT leadership to establish the CV CDT team for the Front Range. With Lauren's guidance, our CV clinics are able to positively contribute to the well-being of the many patients that we serve every day. Lauren's tenacity and insight have made the CDT invaluable in the Front Range CV clinics. Lauren works diligently with CDT staff members to refine and polish outpatient skills for the entire IMH network through skills refreshes, collaborating with RNs and MAs in several markets to ensure that evidence-based practices are taught and utilized in our ambulatory clinics.

Lauren is an amazing resource for all of IMH and has worked tirelessly to provide support to our ambulatory CV clinics in the Front Range. Thank you, Lauren, for teaching and leading us with compassion and heartfelt commitment to clinical excellence. I have worked in CV for nearly 5 years, and prior to Lauren joining the CDT, we did not have a dedicated CV CDT RN or MA to lean on for education, support, or new hire onboarding. Since Lauren joined the CDT to support CV, our workflows, skills refresh, and MA education have all seen drastic improvement.
