Lauren has been my nurse during two admissions here. She is my favorite nurse here at CRMC. Lauren always took her time to listen to not just my current reasons for admission, but she was always concerned and available to lend a shoulder and give advice from her own learning experiences and struggles. Lauren was always bubbly, cheerful, caring and always had a contagious smile every time she came to my room. I live with severe chronic pain from multiple sclerosis and several other medical issues. Lauren stayed on top of every single medication I needed and/or requested throughout both day and evening hours. Not once was I made to feel as just a room number, chart, patient ID number or inconvenience. Lauren was my nurse, my advocate, mentor and a friend to me while I was here under her care several times. I often looked forward to her work/duty days because she was ultimately my only "visitor" when I was here.
