Lauren Lemaire, RN

Lauren provided excellent care for my husband and me during delivery and postpartum. She listened to my concerns and reacted quickly and effectively to my discomfort (both physical and emotional). She fostered a sense of safety and respect, which allowed me to really rest. It's hard for me to write into words exactly the sentiment because while it's expected that a patient could trust their care team, my experience has been that I always have to double-check and self-advocate. This was not the case with Lauren - I didn't have to worry. Another thing that really stuck out was the fact that she was also caring for my visually impaired husband, despite him not being her patient. For example, we hadn't figured out what to do for food, but she preemptively ordered and delivered food trays for both my husband and me. This continued even when we changed rooms. We're both thankful for the care we received under Lauren.
