Ensign Liebing was very kind and provided expeditious attention when it was required. She made visits to me often and always asked me if I needed anything and always followed with "call me if you need anything at all." Lauren was such a polite person and was very easy to converse with. It was apparent to me that she was concerned that I was controlling my pain and she provided direction for this. I have been in three hospitals this year for serious injuries and Balboa easily stands out as the #1 BEST. Thank you for allowing me to be admitted.

She made me feel like I was her only patient. My family and I looked forward to her smiling face each day. She made my wife very comfortable, and went out of her way to care for her as well. Her bedside manner was one in a million! She will make a strong addition to any team.
