When you are in so much pain it is such a vulnerable time. Lauren was so kind to me. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful, but Lauren stood out to me as an extra special nurse. It is refreshing to see a nurse that doesn't look frustrated or tired of her job. Instead of feeling like a burden, I felt cared for.
