Lauren is a fantastic nurse. She is the epitome of all of Singing River's Core Values. She is a senior nurse on the unit, and as such, serves as a mentor to newly recruited employees. Clinically, she is a stellar nurse. When Lauren had the opportunity to transfer to the Pascagoula Pediatric floor at the beginning of the pandemic, she knew she needed to stay and take care of COVID patients and do her part during the pandemic in her community. She always gets to yes and never complains. She has earned the respect of her teammates and our physicians. She serves as a charge nurse and certified preceptor on the unit. She routinely comes in to do extra and willingly accepts extra responsibilities.

Lauren is knowledgeable and provides excellent care. She is attentive and compassionate. Lauren exceeds expectations regarding patient care quality. She demonstrates exemplary customer service skills and has an excellent bedside manner. Lauren always goes above and beyond to make our patients feel welcome and cared for. She is a phenomenal team player!
