Lauren is the most helpful leader at night. She is quick to come to any nurse's aid when they call for her. She is knowledgeable in her position and if she doesn't know, she will find the answer for you without giving you the extra work when you are already busy. She is the most reliable resource. There has never been a time that I have called Lauren and she couldn't help me.  Example:  Code Blues - Lauren will stay and record, be sure that all paperwork is handled, and/or make sure you know how to do it. In other experiences, the supervisor would just leave. This particular thing stands out to me.
