Lauren Miller, RN

Lauren was charge this night. The unit was full and chaotic when the floor nurses got busy with one of their two patients. She took over several patients' care. Helping them with position changes, changing fluids, and providing great patient care. She was available to help without nursing even asking. The nurses trust her and she is always available to help. She serves as a role model and always a mentor to the nurses. Remains available and responsive to others' needs and always encouraging. Lauren remains calm in high-stress situations, maintaining her integrity. She is truly an extraordinary charge nurse who deserves the highest recognition.
