Lauren works every day to bring out the best version of others. As a Nursing Director on 3G, she has promoted true shared governance with all staff members and has helped all staff members (from unit clerk, PCT, and RN) find a place in MWHC to feed their passion. She always seems to find a small spark of joy to share with others and help us confront vulnerabilities with humanity and dignity. Lauren recognizes that the patient population on her unit can be emotionally heavy on staff and has worked by bringing in wellness, ethics, and every resource she can find to help us continue to serve our patients with compassion and healing. We truly have the best nursing director because she truly cares for us.
