I am a retired diabetic patient of Dr. O. I lost my part-time job in March due to the pandemic. After that, I was struggling to afford the $500 monthly prescription. When Lauren found out about my situation, she asked me to provide certain documents so she could submit that information. Thanks to Lauren, I am now receiving free Trulicity for the entire year of 2021! She has saved me $6,000 in prescription costs. She is indeed a blessing.

Lauren has worked tirelessly to help me receive Trulicity and Dexcom G6, both supplies to help with my diabetes. At one point, there was a mix-up that took much of Lauren’s time to help me receive the extra supplies. She is always friendly, wears a beautiful smile, and is always ready to help with a need or request. I am so thankful for her gift of kindness and service. "Thank you" seems so small for all she does.
