My grandmother has been at the hospital for five days and the staff has been incredible. They have all been great and comforting, to not only my grandmother, but to everyone who has visited her as well. Lauren is her lead nurse and Lauren is an absolute treasure. Not only does she do her job well, she even goes above and beyond. My grandmother is French and Lauren knew of someone else in the hospital who speaks fluent French, so she was able to find my grandmother someone to speak French with. The past few days have been a whirlwind, but Lauren has made it bearable. Thank you.
