Lauren is amazing! She had her own sweet way of caring. The knowledge, patience, and understanding she had was unmatched. Excellent Job! She is incredible!

We were seconds away from being discharged with our new baby and she was our discharge nurse. Lauren noticed the blood oxygen levels were a bit lower than they should be. We are so very thankful for her. She contacted the physician who ordered an X-ray and found out he had a congenital diaphragmatic hernia and had to be sent to St. Francis for surgery. Any other nurse could have been missed this and so thankful that she followed the rules and caught this. The impression that Lauren left on us only reinforces her awesomeness!

My wife and I arrived to deliver our 2nd child; Upon meeting Lauren we quickly knew we had made the right decision in choosing this hospital. She was so knowledgeable and caring. She took the time to make sure all our questions and concerns were answered. She always came into the room with a smile and always asked if we needed anything. Her bedside manner is beyond what we expected. Lauren has exemplary skills in assisting the doctor during delivery. She shows true devotion to her field and is the most passionate and loving nurse we've ever had the pleasure of meeting.
