Lauren is an amazing nurse. I am a transporter and every time I have gone to pick up a patient in Lauren's care, she has shown them kindness, compassion, respect and treats them like they are her most important patient of all. Lauren always has a smile in her voice, as well as on her face. She demonstrates the same kindness and compassion to families, as well as the patients. When getting a patient ready for transport, Lauren ensures that all necessary meds are given, all necessary equipment goes with the patient, and that the patient is warm and comfortable.
She adapts to every situation and multi-tasks when the need arises, especially when things get busy and she is being pulled in several different directions. Her smile and kindness are so appreciated. Lauren consistently demonstrates so many qualities; kindness, compassion, caring, service, giving, cheerfulness, commitment, helping and so many more.
She is a shining example of how every Sanford employee should be. I know that Mr. Denny Sanford himself would be very proud of Lauren's professional service to everyone. Lauren is a true DAISY Nurse because she constantly demonstrates and provides the care that I would want to receive if I were a patient in her care. I wish her the very best in her nursing career!
