Our loved one had a long stay in the NSCU, and we had the great pleasure of having Lauren as our nurse for much of that time. She always greeted us with a warm smile and a happy heart. She was constantly sharing her knowledge about what we were going through and was very encouraging. She would leave a personal message on the door for us daily, which gave us positive affirmation and inspiration. We cannot thank Lauren enough for her extraordinary care and for making a difference in our family's life!
