Lauren always treats and cares for my daughter as if she were her own. She keeps me and my husband up to date on her treatment and/or change. Lauren allows my husband and I to contribute in her care, as well. She is one of the most extraordinary nurses I've ever met. She makes us feel comfortable in any tough situation in the NICU. She is one of the sweetest people I've ever met!
