Lauren goes above and beyond to see the patient is taken care of. She included my family during my grandson's stay by explaining what she was doing and why and how she was going to do it (IVs, blood draws, medicine, etc). She answered all questions asked, always smiling and so kind with my grandson. We never felt like we were in the way. She made us feel very comfortable.
