The care of my 94-year-old mother who was hospitalized for 3 weeks was excellent. Lauren Ross was the epitome of a professional nurse. Her positive attitude, energy, enthusiasm, and compassion helped my mother and my family get through hard difficult times as my mother had setbacks along her recovery. Lauren was attentive, informative, and encouraging. Lauren kept us (my mom, my brother, her sister and me) fulling informed. She was always reassuring, warm, caring and was able to get my brother's sense of humor during stressful times.
