Lauren Sain, RN

I have worked at Atrium Health Lincoln for almost 12 years and I have had the privilege to work with many great nurses, however, Lauren Sain goes above and beyond in everything she does. Not only is she a great RN but she is also an amazing Charge Nurse and teammate. She will change her schedule around without hesitation to help others out or to support the unit when short-staffed. Anytime anyone has a question or needs help, they know they can go straight to Lauren.

She will stop what she's doing to assist anyone. I had a situation where a patient fell, and I needed help. Lauren came running to help me, even when she was very busy. Also, Lauren will go out of her way to make new employees feel welcome, and hold others accountable to teammate satisfaction, and patient safety. It is rare to find Lauren without a smile on her face. She takes full pride in her role as a nurse and teammate at AH. She goes above the call of duty to support what nursing is all about, putting the patient first while being one with her team.
