Lauren is an incredible nurse. She is not only a wealth of knowledge for new nurses/nurses with other expertise, but she is also an awesome patient advocate. My patient needed help calming down and neither the OA or I could do it so Lauren stepped in to soothe her and she was finally able to relax and her vital signs stabilized. She knows how to connect with patients, visitors, and other staff. She is an asset to this dept and hospital with her compassion and intelligence.
