I worked as Lauren’s aide during an episode with a patient who was angry about a protocol. The way Lauren diffused the situation was the most caring and professional way I have seen. I literally watched the patient completely calm down just by Lauren’s words. She is remarkable.

Lauren is an exemplary RN and human being. She not only took the greatest of care of my Dad, but she also did so in a way that made him feel and know that he was/is respected and very much valued. She took great care & concern to ensure that I was thoroughly updated along with my Dad. She also took great care when transitioning care to RN & CNA on shift changes. When my Dad was readmitted, we learned to our immense appreciation that Lauren was on his floor and would be caring for him again. How fortunate we are! She introduced Dad to his “new” caretakers and helped him more than words can express. He felt valued, cared for, and appreciated because of Lauren. I am ever so grateful. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
