I was having difficulty handling my diagnosis. A few nurses had been in charge of me, but when Lauren entered my room it was completely different. She made me feel safe and uplifted. She went WAY above and beyond her duties. She changed my outlook. She is so smart and always a smile. She deserves this. I give her five stars, and that says a lot!
