Lauren Shoffner, BSN, RN

My father is extremely hard of hearing and is a very nervous and anxious type of person. Lauren was able to communicate with him and explain things to him in a way that calmed him down and earned his trust. It is obvious to me, his daughter, that she is an extremely caring and compassionate person who loves what she does. She is extremely good at her job as well as on time, efficient, and attentive to his needs. Lauren is an asset to Roper Hospital, and Roper is fortunate to have a nurse of her caliber working here.
