I was pacing in my room, I was crying, and scared. She came in and asked if I was okay, and I told her no. I was worried about my test results. At the time she came, it was like she was a Godsend. All kinds of negative things were floating in my head, and she told me not to worry since I had not gotten my results back yet. She wasn't even my nurse and she showed me compassion. I was feeling sad about my grandson, I wanted to see him off to college in August. She came back and told me all of my labs looked good and even asked to see a picture of my grandkids. That made me feel even better seeing their smiling faces and I was showing her. She is an Extraordinary Nurse in my eyes. The hospital is blessed to have her as an employee.
