Lauren has been with our team for nearly a year and she is amazing! Lauren has developed extremely well clinically and has a great rapport with her peers, patients, and their families. She is well loved by everyone and is a moral/team booster on the unit.
Lauren is a very caring person and her compassion for her peers can be seen in her interactions and actions. During the recent hurricane, Lauren empathized with her peers and wanted them to have the supplies they would need when working through the storm. Lauren went shopping and put together a survival kit of water, food and sleeping aids for her peers. She left this kit it in the breakroom with a love note. This is Lauren; a thoughtful, caring, nurturing, and compassionate nurse and person. SPCU is truly blessed to have her.
