Our mother was in the Acute Care for the Elderly. Lauren was so compassionate, gentle, caring, and attentive to Mom. She made sure we were taken care of, too. On Mom's final day, Lauren was there with us as the Hospice Nurse removed her oxygen. Lauren stood by Mom as she passed on to Jesus, and stayed with us after, sharing things with us, talking about the future, giving us the support we needed until we were ready to prepare to go, leaving Mom in her gentle and caring hands.
